Music monday!
Jul. 13th, 2009 05:57 pmToday is #musicmonday, and as such, I need to recommend two bands who I am currently very much adoring.
The first is a band called Play For Keeps. They're from Vegas, and are Cash Colligan (bass player of The Cab, and if you have come across this journal and do not know who The Cab are, then let me know and I shall educate you of the wonder)'s current protegés, for good reason. They are a lovely bunch of dudes, who love to chat on myspace at all hours, and their music is good too (which is, of course, the most important thing). You can find them on Twitter and Myspace.
The other band are called The Chase. They're from San Diego, but they know Play For Keeps, which is how I heard of them. They are awesome (they only have one song on their Myspace but it's good! Go listen!) and are totally up for silly things like trying to play I Spy over Twitter. They are adorable. Go add them on Twitter and Myspace!
